ПРИНЦИП РОБОТИ:
Вентилятор нагнітає в камеру потік повітря із навколишнього середовища. Потік повітря нагрівається, проходячи через пальник. Далі нагріте повітря проходить через внутрішню камеру довжиною 1 м, забезпечуючи рівномірність температури реагенту сушіння будь - якої точки камери. Внутрішня камера це циліндр довжиною в 1 метр, що дозволяє розмістити пальник біля самого входу в зерносушарку і запобігає попаданню прямого полум'я на зернові колони.
Зерно надходить у верхній бункер, а розташований там шнек поступово заповнює колони. Колони утворюють сорочку навколо шахти, на яку нагнітається гаряче повітря. При повному завантаженні всіх колон шнек завантаження зерна автоматично вимикається.
Внутрішні та зовнішні стінки колон виготовлені у вигляді решіт із відповідною перфорацією, що дозволяє ефективно продути шар зерна (36см), підтримуючи температуру, задану оператором.
У нижній частині сушарки розташовані дозують вальці, швидкістю обертання яких регулює час знаходження зерна в колонах. Саме цим забезпечуються ті чи інші режими сушіння. Дозують вальці подають висушене зерно на нижній вивантажувальний шнек, який транспортує зерно до транспортних систем для подальшої подачі на транспорт або зберігання.
